Sprague Village - Smithfield

Sprague Village is a 33 lot subdivision nestled in the Greenville section of Smithfield. Designed and developed exclusively by Frank Simonelli, this project has the rare benefits of Town Water, Sewer and Gas, while remaining rural, surrounded by protected Open Space, heavily forested land and meandering streams.  Phase Two of this project, located on Cherry Blossom Lane, abuts the Upper Sprague Resovoir, one of seven natural and manmade ponds on the property - providing serene beauty for its residents.  Sprague Village is also walking distance to the Town's new Deerfield Park, which boasts 93 acres of recreational space including athletic fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, walking trails and open space.  While less than one hour to Boston and less than 15 minutes to Providence, Sprague Village is the perfect blend of a rural, village-style suburban lifestyle.
