OUR FOUNDATION

A family tradition of building.

Frank Simonelli Homes was founded in 1966 by Frank Simonelli Sr., who began his career specializing in water and sewer utility work and general site development for commercial and residential projects.

Over the decades, Frank Sr. expanded into residential construction and development, building hundreds of homes and contributing to communities and projects throughout Rhode Island, including Smithfield Commons, Shadow Brook, Orchard Gate, Connors Farm, Limerock Farm, Orchard Meadows and Sprague Village in Greenville.

Growing up around the trades, Frank Simonelli Jr. spent his summers working alongside the family business while attending Mount St. Charles Academy and Providence College. In 1998, he joined the company full time, continuing the next generation of Simonelli building.

BUILDING FOR TODAY

Experience in every detail.

Frank Simonelli Jr. leads the residential building side of Frank Simonelli Homes with a hands-on approach to every project. From the design of a home to the selection of exterior materials, interior finishes and the details that bring it all together, Frank remains closely involved throughout the building process.

His residential work includes homes in Sprague Village, Ridgeview Court, Hope Farms and Mapleville Highlands, continuing the company’s longstanding commitment to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

That same personal approach extends to every homeowner. We believe the best homes begin by listening - understanding how our buyers want to live, what matters most to them and how we can create a home that feels distinctly their own.
